To insulate the flat roof of the new company building, UNILIN, division panels, chose the flat roof insulation boards with a mineral fleece coating. On top of the insulation board one opted for a mechanically-fastened roofing strip in TPO.

Utherm Roof BM

Roof BM is a PIR insulation board finished on one side with a gas open bituminized glassfleece and on the other side with a gas open mineralized glassfleece.
Declared lambda-value (λD):
- 0,027 W/m.K (d < 80 mm)
- 0,026 W/m.K (80 mm ≤ d < 120 mm)
- 0,024 W/m.K (d ≥ 120 mm)
B : bituminized glassfleece
M : mineralised glassfleece
Dimensions Standard: 1200 x 600 mm
Edge finish Straight on the 4 sides
